LAURA-Cosmetics offers the following payment options when shopping in our online shop:

Cash in Advance:

You can transfer the indicated invoice amount before the delivery of goods to the account of GMI LAURA-Cosmetics. Please enter the invoice number as purpose. Your goods will be sent as soon as the payment is receipt.

PayPal is a simple alternative to make payment in advance. To be able to pay with PayPal, please register with PayPal and create and account. When you shop on LAURA-Cosmetics, you will be redirected to PayPal page. There, you can login with you e-mail and password. The invoice amount is then withdrawn from your account. Once the amount is credited from your account, your order will be shipped.

Delivery Notes:

Upon the receipt of your order and payment, your order will be processed the same day and sent by latest the next day. Deliveries in Germany are carried out by small package services (UPS/DPD/DHL/Post).

Shipping Costs Within Germany:

For deliveries that cost less than 90,00 Euros, we calculate a flat gross rate of 7,00 Euros. With an order that costs more than 90 Euros, shipping is free of charge.

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between LAURA-Cosmetics and users who shop from LAURA-Cosmetics online shop. The contract language is German and English.

Conclusion of the Contract

The online web site represents a non-binding offer to you to order goods.

After you enter your information and click the “order” button, you enter a binding offer to conclude the sales contract.

LAURA-Cosmetics is entitled to accept your offer within 2 days by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. If 2 days are exceeded, your offer is rejected. You are then no longer bound to your purchase offer.

Storage of your Order Data

Your order and contract details (type of products, price, etc.) will be stored by LAURA-Cosmetics. You will receive the terms and conditions with the order confirmation. You can view the terms and conditions anytime from our website.

As a registered customer, you can view your past order from the customer login (My Account).

Correction Notice

You can correct your input before submitting your order any time with Delete or Enter keys. We accompany you through the order process and provide you with more input and correction options. You can end the order process anytime by closing your browser window.


The right of withdrawal is only applied within the meaning of BGB article 13. You can cancel your contract within 14 days without submitting a written reason (with a letter, fax, or e-mail) by returning the goods before the deadline. The period begins within the receipt of this notification in writing, but not before the receipt of goods by the receiver (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before the receipt of first partial delivery) and also not before our obligations under EGBGB article 246 §2 in connection with paragraph 1 and 2 and to BGB §312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 in conjunction with BGB article 246 §3 are fulfilled.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of an effective cancellation, mutually received benefits are to be returned and all benefits are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received goods are return them in a deteriorated form, you are to pay compensation for them. For deteriorated and derived goods, the compensation you are to pay is only to the extent of the deterioration, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. “Testing the properties and functioning” means the testing of the goods – as it is possible and common in a store. Dispatchable goods are returned at our risk. Other goods are to be picked up by us. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins with the cancellation explanation for you, and with the receipt of the goods for us.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until receipt of full payment.


Warranty is based on statutory provisions.

Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for negligence of duty breaches, provided that these are not contractual obligations, and damages resulting from a deathly accident or injuries are guaranteed under Product Liability Act. The same applies to our agents and our legal representatives. The goods have to fulfill contractual obligations. For the goods that do not fulfill them, we will provide you one free of legal defects free of charge.
